Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Why does my tracking say ‘Pre-Shipment’?

This means the shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet scanned the package into their system. This usually updates within 24–48 hours.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation — what do I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your full name and order details.

Do you have an affiliate program?

No. Gloomy does not currently offer an affiliate, ambassador, or referral program.

Do you offer wholesale?

No. Gloomy does not currently offer wholesale pricing or bulk reseller accounts.
