ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are subject to product availability and will be processed within the stated timeframes.
Gloomy fulfills orders using a combination of ready-to-ship inventory and made-to-order items.

Ready-to-ship items: typically processed within 1–3 business days

Made-to-order items: typically processed within 3–7 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may ship together once all items are prepared or in multiple shipments at Gloomy’s discretion.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You may receive more than one tracking number in this case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier handling, and local postal service operations.
International Carriers
International orders may be shipped using one or more of the following carriers, depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

The final delivery may be handled by a local postal or courier service in the destination country.
Gloomy reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on logistics, cost, and delivery reliability.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs Delays
Shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or clearance procedures. Gloomy is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
International Tracking
Tracking availability varies by country and shipping method. Some shipments may only be fully trackable while in the United States, with limited updates thereafter.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an international shipment is:

Returned due to an incorrect address

You may be eligible for a refund minus original shipping costs and any return fees once the package is returned to Gloomy.
International Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
Gloomy cannot modify international shipping addresses once fulfillment has begun.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error, you must contact Gloomy within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Gloomy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gloomy is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or property management

Checking around your delivery location

Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
Gloomy may assist with carrier inquiries but does not guarantee reimbursement.
